Over 120 team members from across Global University Systems gathered at the iconic Hotel Le Majestic in Cannes for an internal conference designed to spark conversations and collaboration between the group’s diverse brands.
I was proud to support the entire planning process—from venue selection and catering to organizing roundtables, activities, and curating key discussion topics.

In the process
I was the Assistant Director for a series of educational videos about Process Mining.
I researched the production house who assisted with the videography, I searched for the studio location, actors and catering. I also assisted with the selection of footage and supervision of the editing.

Contacted external videographers and coordinated the shootings throughout the event for 10 different cities.

Assisted the video and marketing team to relaunch IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs at IE University.
We filmed a disruptive video to show at the event, several social media posts and blogs to promote it.
